   JCT: Because the Director of the Marijuana Division at Health   
   Canada Stephane Lessard said that under the MMAR, permits took   
   under 4 weeks to process and renewals far less.   
      
   Ray Therien from Gatineau filed his Application over a month   
   ago. He's 75 and not too happy about having to wait up to 28   
   weeks to only have the last 24 weeks to grow.   
      
   So he filed a Statement of Claim complaining that over 4 weeks   
   is too long.   
      
   At least a call from the Justice Ministry might help get him   
   bumped to the top of the pile. Let's see how long past 4 weeks   
   they dare stall him.
