   JCT: On Friday Sep 29, Rene Ouellet was in Quebec City   
   Provincial Court to annul a Re-Option he had made to return   
   below from Superior Court Jury Trial for his Quash Motion.   
   Once it was over, he wanted to go back for jury trial.   
      
   Remember that almost 2 years ago, Rene was about to be   
   sentenced to jail and Ray intercepted him and gave him the   
   Quash kit to start fighting back.   
      
   The Crown was given time to offer some plea deal and the best   
   the new lady could come up with was 3-months on week-ends. So   
   30 weekends in jail and he can avoid them having to call 300   
   potential jurors for a real jury trial. He decided them paying   
   300 people wasn't as bad as doing 30 weekends in jail. So   
   he'll let them call the jury trial and it starts on Dec 11!!   
      
   Should be quite the show starting with the Charter motion   
   ducked by judges elsewhere.
