|    TURMEL: Health Canada Hop-To-It for Tony    |
|    23 Oct 17 10:05:21    |
From: johnturmel@yahoo.com              JCT: Looks like I don't have to go to Ottawa on Wednesday for Tony Van       Edig's Federal Court motion to allow his son to be his Designated       Grower before his permit amendment arrives after 13 weeks. Health       Canada just called to say that it had been issued.              If the $2 Statement of Claim doesn't get their attention, the motion       to put it before a judge sure seems to. And now they have to write to       the Court to explain how they hopped-to-it and the motion need not       be heard.              Motions will be up for all delay kits by tonight. If you've been       waiting a few weeks after issuing your Statement of Claim, you have       little to lose but time swearing an Affidavit and serving the Record       of Motion on the Crown to get them to Hop-To-It too.              And if you're just waiting, what are you waiting for?       http://johnturmel.com/kits has the forms you need to get their full       attention.              --- SoupGate-Win32 v1.05        * Origin: you cannot sedate... all the things you hate (1:229/2)    |
