|    TURMEL: Still no files to release MedPot    |
|    25 Oct 17 15:08:07    |
From: johnturmel@yahoo.com              JCT: Last week, there was a hearing to release Adrian Stuerm       from his 6 month sentence for conviction for marijuana       production after 1/6th of his sentence. But the jailers hadn't       received his paperwork so they couldn't make a ruling and put       him off to this week.              This week, they still didn't have his complete file so they       can't let him out again. He's been put off to next week now.       10 more days and he gets a parole hearing. What if the papers       aren't there again?              Amazing how the feds can screw people just by delaying the       paperwork. Maybe they've only got 4 staff like Health Canada       to process MedPot permits that take 7 times longer than under       the MMAR.              Anyway, once he's out, he'll write a letter asking why his       documentation had not been obtained for 2 hearings.              --- SoupGate-Win32 v1.05        * Origin: you cannot sedate... all the things you hate (1:229/2)    |
