|    TURMEL: Ray Therien gets exemption after    |
|    08 Nov 17 04:01:42    |
From: johnturmel@yahoo.com              JCT: Ray Therien applied on Aug 25 for his ACMPR permit and       after waiting 5 weeks, he filed a Statement of Claim on Sep 28       that it was taking longer than the old MMAR used to take.              So 5 weeks later, they send him his permit. The complaint that       10 weeks is too long continues.              He also complained to his Member of parliament who later       called back to say that Health Canada had called him to say       that it had been approved on Nov 3 and in the mail. Of       course, it was dated to expire on Aug. 31 2018 so it's not       good for a whole year before he has to apply again, only 42       weeks.              Anyway, 10 weeks is short compared to others who have filed       with up to 28 weeks.              I'm urging a guy who has waited 20 weeks so far to get in on       the "Too Long" Claim. And the complaint to your MP was a good       idea too.              Sorry if bumping my Plaintiffs to the top of the list slows       others down. Maybe you should go for the bump too.              http://johnturmel.com/kits for forms to file $2 Statements of       Claim and join our case-managed plaints against long       processing time as a violation of Right to Life. Then send a       copy to your MP.              --- SoupGate-Win32 v1.05        * Origin: you cannot sedate... all the things you hate (1:229/2)    |
