|    TURMEL: Art Jackes' MedPot Exemption pro    |
|    08 Nov 17 04:28:16    |
From: johnturmel@yahoo.com              JCT: Art got a letter from Crown Attorney Jon Bricker dated       Nov 7 2017 informing him that:              CR: I am advised that your application form, with original       signatures, was received by Health Canada on Friday              JCT: Notice he didn't mention the blue ink which leaves the       impressed that Art had done it wrong and finally got it right.       Then again, that's the whole issue for the rest of the Claim,       they must prove the first originals weren't original. They       made the decision the originals were not, let them justify why       they ruled the originals weren't original. Har har har.              CR: and was processed in due course.              JCT: We know by the Tracking number that it arrived Friday       morning and they got it out by Tuesday. A 2-day turnaround is       "in due course?" Getting it processed in due course is in 2       days? But, they promised Art it would be expedited. What's       this "in due course." Didn't they do a rush job? only "in due       course?" Of course, getting it done in 2 days was quite       expeditious but count on a lawyer to try to lay a false       impression that nothing unusually expeditious took place with       a 2-day process.              CR: The application was accepted. A Registration Certification       confirming this was sent to your earlier today via courier and       should arrive by 10am tomorrow.              JCT: It does let us know that amending an exemption can get       processed in as little as 2 days once on top of the pile.       Right? They promised to put him on top of the pile and from       that top of the pile, it only took 2 days. If takes 2 days to       process a properly complete application "in due course" for       Ray, why not 2 days for everyone else? What takes up to 28       weeks to complete a 2-day process? Har har har har har har. We       won a lot of information on this one.              CR: In light of this, can you please reply to this email and       confirm that you no longer wish to pursue the motion scheduled       for Nov 14 2017 so that I may alert the Court accordingly.              JCT: Sure, no need to ask the court to amend his permit       now that Health Canada got it done before the motion hearing       date. But the Claim that the originals were rejected as not-       original goes on.              --- SoupGate-Win32 v1.05        * Origin: you cannot sedate... all the things you hate (1:229/2)    |
