   Diane Snowdon Was that with a Turmel kit? I understand it   
   only costs $2 and a bit of your time.   
      
   Paul Pennington I only had to show them the forms filled   
   out. I sent it in with a letter directly to the Minister of   
   Health and the Director of Medical Cannabis. That alone got   
   my license in only 17 days.   
   I was shocked. I actually thought they would ignore me. And   
   force me to actually file and get a T/ file number from   
   Federal court.

   JCT: Well, you can't stick what's coming in their faces   
   better than that. Though without filing and paying the $2,   
   you can't claim the value of the pot you could have had over   
   the time they wasted.   
      
   Brendan Cullen I've been waiting a week or so less than you   
   John Dipisa for a 12g permit. I feel your pain.   
      
   Paul Pennington I got my renewal in 17 days. But I had to   
   threaten Federal court applications.  So many are doing this   
   now thanks to John Turmel court templates.  It's so easy.   
   And it puts u to the top of the list.

   John Dipisa If I decide to move do I have to redo this whole

   Diane Snowdon If you move, yes you'd have to send in an app   
   to amend address. It's not that difficult. No more work than   
   doing up a letter imo. More paper though for sure.   
      
   John Turmel It's just paying the rent on the new place while   
   you wait 13 weeks for the amendment (one of our guys) that's   
   the pain.   
      
   Diane Snowdon yeah, 13 weeks is a bit much for a simple   
   amendment. And not too many people would know the address of   
   the place they're moving to 3-4 months in advance.   
      
   John Turmel But do have to know the address of the place   
   they're going to when they submit it with no idea when you   
   can move.   
      
   Saalome Dojah Yeah. say they been waiting for me to verify   
   my address is what I put. Its the same as it was last permit   
   so fuck off with the stall tactics. I really don't care   
   anymore anyway. I have done what's expected of me to be   
   legal, my lawyer says don't sweat it, cus it's their   
   incompetence, and it will show in court if anything were to   
   happen to me legally. I'm don't worry about it.

   John Turmel So join those complaining it's too long.

   Paul Pennington 8 months is not acceptable. You must file a   
   complaint.   
      
   John Turmel Just to get it on the record because so far, 7   
   months is the record for Stephen McIntosh.

   Shirley Martineau Yes but I had a licence from HC since 2000   
   and because of the Allard court case I was told to wait to   
   renew. so I did. I got a prescription from my Doctor just in   
   case. well it didnt have a dose on it so they busted me and   
   took everything
