   JCT: Andreas Stuerm applied for a MedPot Grow Permit on Oct   
   24. After 2 months, he filed a Gold Star Statement of Claim   
   that it was taking too long but they didn't hop to it.   
      
   So today, Thursday, he gave 3 days notice for a motion heard   
   next Wednesday in General Sittings before a judge for an   
   interim exemption until his Health Canada one comes. After   
   all, it used to take 4 weeks in the old days. And he knows   
   about people who've taken more than 6 months. Why wait?   
      
   So let's see if Justice can get Health to hop-to-it and put   
   his application on top of the pile.
