   JCT: On Friday, I got a call from Terry Johnsgaard from   
   Calgary whose ACMPR Authorizations was expiring that day. I   
   said it was too bad he hadn't contacted me last week so I   
   could have had him in front of a judge by today like worked   
   for Tony and Nicole Van Edig just a couple of weeks ago.   
      
   Sad. Because it raises a new question. Can they renew an   
   Authorization that has expired? Or does he have to go back   
   to the doctor and start all over again?   
      
   Tomorrow, Wednesday, he's filing a short notice Motion for   
   Interim relief to be heard by teleconference call on   
   Thursday asking to have his exemption extended. Again   
   putting Judge Brown on the spot or putting the fire under   
   Health Canada's feet.   
      
   Stay tuned as he tries to find out how many still ahead of   
   him, how long it's going to take, and if an expired   
   Authorization can be renewed?   
      
   Wonder if they've been renewing expired Authorizations?
