   JCT: I took my beef against the Chief Elections Officer not   
   covering the whole Official Auditor's bill they force me to   
   use for my zero-expenses elections all the way to the Supreme   
   Court and lost. Candidates must pay any overage.   
      
   I just got the Crown's Bill of Costs to the Registrar for   
   $877.70.   
      
   Wonder if they're going to try to collect? Maybe catch me at   
   the casino cage some night when I'm cashing out? Har har har   
   har har har. Maybe they'll go to court to garnishee my   
   pension after Justice Phelan told me to start saving out of my   
   pension to pay the auditor.
