|    TURMEL: Judge Brown hears Johnsgaard Med    |
|    25 Jan 18 06:47:06    |
From: johnturmel@yahoo.com              Motion today              http:##cas-cdc-www02.cas-              satj.gc.ca#IndexingQueries#infp_RE_info_e.php?court_no=T-134-18       is Terry Johnsgaard's Recorded Entries in his Court file. If       you have a T-number, substitute yours for T-134-18 and see       your record.              I noticed that Justice Brown franted Terry's Motion for a       short notice hearing later today on correcting his expired       Authorization until his renewed one arrives.               Ottawa        Oral directions received from the Court:        The Honourable Mr. Justice Brown dated 24-JAN-2018        directing that "Ms. Wright is directed to have her        responding material filed on or before 11:30 AM Calgary        time on January 25, 2018." placed on file on 25-JAN-2018              JCT: Har har har. Remember how he stuck Wendy with Tony and       Nicole Van Edig's motion to renew before Authorizations       expired on Jan 10. He ordered her to come up with a Response       for why Health Canada was letting them expire. The permits       were issued in time to be able to say that their motion was       mooted.              Now, no way for them to explain why they let Terry's permit       expire other than "Oops! Here it is."              Remember, Judge Roy ordered HC at 7pm to show up the next       day to explain why they let Ray Turmel's exemption expire at       midnight and they got it out at 11:30pm. 4.5 hours is the       record Hop-To-It.              Depending when the Crown got the Direction from the Court       ordering them to explain by 11:30, that's really only       this morning to be able to respond at 11:30 that is has been       renewed to moot the motion.              I'd have to say that Terry would be our new Hop-To-It       record holder if they indicate at 11:30 pm that it has been       delivered with Ray still in the race if their response says       it'll be out later today.              --- SoupGate-Win32 v1.05        * Origin: you cannot sedate... all the things you hate (1:229/2)    |
