   JCT: Luc Lapierre helped Andree Laferriere file a Statement   
   of Claim on Jan 22 over the time it has taken for processing   
   her Authorization and it was issued on Jan 25, 3 days later.   
   No Motion necessary. And her claim to get her short-changed   
   time back and maybe some cash goes on with the rest.
