|    TURMEL: Heidi Chartrand files for MedPot    |

From: johnturmel@yahoo.com              TURMEL: Heidi Chartrand files for MedPot renewal, expiry tomorrow              JCT: Heidi Chartrand, one of the most competent allies from       the 2014 Nova Scotia Gold Star Team, has an ACMPR       Registration that expires tomorrow without being renewed.       Shades of Terry Johnsgaard, maybe they're going to renew her       the first day after expiry like Terry him last Monday after       expiry last Friday.              Terry did a 3-step:       1) Tuesday: filed the Statement of Claim looking for a hop-       to-it for an expired permit;       2) Wednesday: filed the Motion the next day hoping for a       hop-to-it before:       3) Thursday: hearing the next day.              Heidi had to try it in one but happens to be a pro having       helped innumerable others in Nova Scotia file documentation.       So since she expires tomorrow, she did it all in 1 Step.              This morning she filed a Statement of Claim T-144-18 and       Motion for short notice hearing for interim remedy, later       today. The only time that such instant short notice was ever       tried was Ray Turmel filing at 1pm and being granted a       hearing at 6:30pm on a Friday night by Justice Roy.              So here, Heidi filed before noon requesting a hearing before       her exemption expires Saturday night.              Nothing happened. Justice Brown didn't grant her a hearing       like Ray and Terry and tomorrow she enters into dangerland.       Maybe there'll be a hearing Saturday. Justice Roy had told       Health Canada to come on Saturday morning to explain if they       hadn't renewed Ray on time the night before. They did,       11:30pm.              Health Canada knows they're going to have to come up with       the permit "so soon thereafter as the motion can be heard,"       that could be Monday, and they had better hop to get it       issued before it expires tomorrow night.              And they should let her know before she destroys her grow       and stored supply!              --- SoupGate-Win32 v1.05        * Origin: you cannot sedate... all the things you hate (1:229/2)    |
