|    TURMEL: Ginette Melchior files MedPot Mo    |

From: johnturmel@yahoo.com              JCT: Of the dozen patients Luc Lapierre has helped file a       Statement of Claim to get their Authorizations faster,       Ginette Melchior T-75-18 filed hers on Jan 16. After hearing       about others Luc has helped get theirs in 7 days, she waited       two weeks and this morning went in to file a Motion for       Interim Remedy.              She got flak from Her Majesty The Clerk who saw that all       future actions had been suspended. Luc spoke to her and       explained many other such motions have been properly filed       and that it was "pending leave of the court" and the motion       requests the leave of the court...              The judge inserted a hurdle and I inserted a step.        TAKE NOTICE THAT on Thursday Feb 8 2018, at 9:30am, or        so soon thereafter as can be heard the Applicant's        motion with leave of the judge or on short notice if        necessary by telephone conference call.              So the clerk send it to Judge Brown for Directions and I'm       sure he's not going to reject it for failing to seek leave.              Still, it's neat that Judge Brown had two motions on his       desk and by noon, four!              --- SoupGate-Win32 v1.05        * Origin: you cannot sedate... all the things you hate (1:229/2)    |
