   JCT: On Jan 26, Luc Lapierre got Philippe Lefebvre to take   
   out a Statement of Claim over the delay in processing his   
   permit. On Jan 6, they issued his permit.   
      
   Not as fast as some of Luc's others but faster than Ginette.   
   Maybe they wised up they get a week to hop to it but not 2.   
      
   If I had 10 people like Luc spreading the word, it would be   
   explosive.
