|    TURMEL: Ginette gets Hop-To-It MedPot Gr    |

From: johnturmel@yahoo.com              JCT: In my last post, Luc Lapierre's friend Ginette filed       her MedPot Motion 2 weeks after her Statement of Claim!       Health Canada had not hopped to deliver her permit in 7 days       like they did for others of Luc's filings. After 2 weeks,       she was angry enough to file the motion on Friday Feb 2.              Same day Heidi filed her second Motion in Nova Scotia       because her expired renewal wasn't even out of the mailroom.              Both their files show that Justice Brown took them off the       regular sittings roll and has ordered Health Canada to file       a response by Thursday Feb 8, and then he'll book the       hearing.              Note that Her Majesty The Clerk was wrong when she told       Ginette that she could not file her motion because all       motions had been suspended. Guess she learned that the judge       allowed us to ask for leave to unsuspend and we did in the       motion. So the clerk sent it to the Judge Brown for       Directions and he granted leave to allow it in.              In the meantime, Health Canada today issued her permit and       have asked her to abandon her motion, much like they asked       Peter Howard to abandon his once they had hopped to it       and produced his permit.              He refused because the copy of the permit they emailed him       didn't have his full year. Not the full remedy sought.              Same for Ginette. She lost all the time it took to process       too.              They haven't offered Heidi her renewal yet and they have to       before Thursday night when they have to explain what takes       so long for a renewal with nothing changed but the new       doctor's letter? They renewed Ray in under 5 hours. Granted       Luc Lapierre Registration maybe in under 3 hours.              No reason they could not have hopped to it for either       Ginette or Heidi. Now they're stuck in court having to       explain why Heidi's Registration isn't renewed and why       Ginette is still waiting for her Registration. Both issues       must be answered by Thursday. And why they didn't get their       full terms!              Luc has helped another half a dozen claim their time back       last week and two today with the updated Statement of Claim.       So now, Jeff gets to ask to adopt the latest claim by the       newbies for himself and the oldies.              --- SoupGate-Win32 v1.05        * Origin: you cannot sedate... all the things you hate (1:229/2)    |
