|    TURMEL: Judge hears Ethier Gambling Expe    |
|    10 Feb 18 10:29:34    |
From: johnturmel@yahoo.com              JCT: Mike Ethier was back in Ontario Provincial Court in       North Bay on Friday for the start of his Charter challenge       to his S.4(1) Possession charge.              Since the Crown had asked for their expert witness on the       pot-impaired driving charge heard earlier on Monday, he had       asked if I could testify by teleconference.              But the judge ordered that Mike produce his expert Tuesday       morning 9:30 in North Bay so I'll be there.              Remember, my expert opinion bets that such a rule harms the       patient by reducing their chances of survival more than it       helps increase their chances of survival and I bet the judge       will bet with me rather than against.              Then he can hear how much it hurt from patient witnesses       unless he has bet it will hurt them already and doesn't need       to hear how much.              North Bay Provincial Court 360 Plouffe St. 9:30am. If we       have a judge with the strength to end the genocide of the       sick, it's over. "Genocide?" Here's the Criminal Code       definition:        Inflicting on the group conditions of life calculated to        bring about its physical destruction."              Inflicting the deprivation of medication on the group of       patients would seem to be calculated to reduce their chances       of survival and bring about their physical destruction."              I've always thought of prohibition as a genocide against       humanity. Why I always raised the Right to Life. Lawyers       don't have the math to prove genocide.              --- SoupGate-Win32 v1.05        * Origin: you cannot sedate... all the things you hate (1:229/2)    |
