   frustrated to try to intimidate others with costs for Heidi.   
   Maybe the judge will grant her costs for printing, gas to   
   run around into town.   
      
   She'll have to agree the motion is now mooted by the remedy,   
   short-changed but still interim remedy, and argue against   
   being whacked for a "frivolous and vexatious" motion.   
   Remember, those are the grounds for dismissal. This is so   
   frivolous, she should pay the costs for asking the court for   
   the relief gained!
