From: johnturmel@yahoo.com              JCT: Bruno Roy just got Justice Brown's Direction for his       motion for interim medpot permit.               The Defendant's material in response to this motion shall        be filed on or before March 1 2018.              JCT: I'd bet he does the same for David Pepin and David       Garofalo.              Triple the work for Health Canada but not much for the judge.       Boy, does it look bad, though. Three more in one shot, and I       keep reminding the judge that it's because of understaffing.       Nothing else. These problems could not exist with enough       staff. So since they exist...              Think about what the judge's desk would have looked like had       all of Luc Lapierre's previous hop-to-its within a week of the       Statement of Claim but no motion had all been filed with the       motion right away like our last Three MedPot Musketeers. But       from now on, better to hit them with the Motion to get the       judge's attention. No advance warning. Better hire more staff.       30 more wasn't enough. Hardly double the staff, hardly doubled       the rate of processing.              --- SoupGate-Win32 v1.05        * Origin: you cannot sedate... all the things you hate (1:229/2)    |
