|    TURMEL: Bruno Roy gets Hop-To-It MedPot     |

From: johnturmel@yahoo.com              JCT: Bruno Roy filed his Statement of Claim T-341-18 on       Tuesday Feb 20 and his Motion for Interim Relief on       Wednesday Feb 21!              Justice Brown ordered:        The Defendant's material in response to this motion        shall be filed on or before March 1 2018.              Luc Lapierre reports today that Health Canada issued Bruno's       permit and want him to sign a form abandoning his motion to       the judge and saving them having to file a response by March       1. He's not signing. They're going to have to admit they       hopped to it and that it's now moot. Better than just having       the motion disappear off the judge's desk is to have the       judge sign off that it's been mooted by their compliance.              And they could have avoided the whole thing had they taken       the 1 day warning with the Statement of Claim to get it done       and tell him before he could file the Motion. Now they're       stuck with it.              Two others filed motions with him, David Pepin and David       Garofalo are still waiting for theirs or the explanation of       why not.              --- SoupGate-Win32 v1.05        * Origin: you cannot sedate... all the things you hate (1:229/2)    |
