   TURMEL: Mathieu Chayer-Poulin files Medpot Grow Permit Motion    
      
   JCT: On the same day Justice Department lawyer Wendy Wright    
   filed a Response to Bruno Roy's motion for interim remedy    
   pointing out Health Canada had hopped to it and gotten it    
   out in time to mooten the motion, Luc Lapierre got another    
   Motion filed in Montreal!    
      
   On Feb 22, Mathieu Chayer-Poulin filed his Statement of    
   Claim. With no action after a week, and knowing others had    
   gotten theirs after a week, he has now filed a motion for    
   interim remedy like all the previous ones.    
      
   Now that Health Canada didn't hop to it fast enough, Wendy    
   is going to have to make another response to the judge,    
   probably after getting another hop to it.
