|    TURMEL: Health Canada says Canada Post l    |

From: johnturmel@yahoo.com              TURMEL: Health Canada says Canada Post lost another one              JCT: I am so tired of people telling me that Health Canada       keeps telling people their applications were lost in the       mail. It's almost as if they know non-tracked mail can just       be chucked with no way for patients to prove it was NOT lost       in the mail. Without statistical analysis, that is.              Commenting on my Jonathan Courcelles Hop-To-It report:              Matthew Hradsky: That enough to convince me.              Health Canada passed the buck to Canada post claiming they       haven't yet received my renewal. So I made a new appt to get       another original document to send in (this time registered       mail again)              After watching various Dept drag there feet, I like the idea       of them getting to business from a judge. Spending the day       filing statement of claim.              Jct: Use the docx file and do insert in the facts somewhere       how they said it was lost in the mail. Since Canada Post has       never lost any letter I've ever sent without a return, the       odds of so many losses without return in such a small group       tends to show bias. We'd have to find out how many packages       can't be delivered and can't be returned for some reason.       Guess it could be a million to one.              But for some reason, letters to Health Canada have a higher       probability of being non-returnably lost.              If Health Canada ever told you it was lost in the mail, give       me a message: johnturmel@yahoo.com              --- SoupGate-Win32 v1.05        * Origin: you cannot sedate... all the things you hate (1:229/2)    |
