   TURMEL: Jonathan Courcelles gets Hop-To-It Pot Grow Permit   
      
   JCT: I mentioned that there were still 4 motions on Judge   
   Brown's desk awaiting Crown responses. Charline Pelissier   
   and Jonathan Courcelles by Friday and Donald Cote and   
   Mathiew Chayer-Poulin on Monday. Luc Lapierre informs me   
   that Wendy Wright just called Jonathan to say that his   
   Registration has been issued and would he like to abandon   
   his motion. Thank you but explain to the judge why what   
   happened before he abandons.   
      
   Remember, Bruno Roy and David Garfalo had both filed motions   
   and the Crown were ordered to respond by March 1. Crown   
   filed their response telling the court that the permits had   
   been registered. Bruno then abandoned. David next.   
      
   Funny, they still haven't issued Charline's permit and their   
   response is due Friday. Bet they get it done.   
      
   So the first of four more hop-to-its. That should bring the   
   total to 21 motions and 20 hop-to-its!!
