   JCT: The usual routine. On Feb 28, France Bourgeois filed a   
   Statement of Claim, gave them a week to hop to it and then   
   filed her motion for interim remedy from a judge on   
   yesterday Mar 8 2018.   
      
   So the Judge Brown has a fifth Motion on his desk. He   
   ordered Crown to respond to two motions by tonight, they   
   mooted one, and to two more motions by Monday, they mooted   
   one.   
      
   So I'd expect Judge Brown order them to respond to France by   
   a certain date giving them time to mooten #21.   
      
   With Over-staffing, there could be no delays. There are   
   delays with under-staffing. Let them explain why patients   
   should suffer the effects of under-staffing.
