   TURMEL: Matthew Hradsky files Motion for Interim Grow   
      
   JCT: He just got a message that Judge Brown has directed the   
   Defendant to file their Response by March 19 2018 and he has   
   until Mar 23 to Reply.   
      
   And no matter if they now hop to it to get him his permit,   
   no abandonment until the Crown responds to Judge Brown that   
   they have hopped to it again.
