   John KingofthePaupers Turmel to All
TURMEL: Mathew Wyllie Quash Motion dismi

   From: johnturmel@yahoo.com

TURMEL: Mathew Wyllie Quash Motion dismissed in Alberta

JCT: Mathew Wyllie was charged for marijuana in Stony Plain
Alberta and had his Quash motion heard yesterday. His
   report:

MW: Quash motion was denied judge hadn't even looked at it
and needed to recess to look at it and crown only made one
statement that they think I'm illegal while all that I put
   forward fell on deaf ears
Judge wouldn't read the quash out in court he took a recess
   to look at it
My health Canada registration was approved and mailed out 3
days ago and is dated to doctors signature health Canada
   said.

JCT: So it was issued before the March 2 S.56 class
exemption. But you filed a Statement of Claim in December T-
1864-17? Wonder why they did'nt hop to it? Why it took 3
more months. Certainly not a hop-to-it. Regardless, your
date has been extended by the S.56. The only weird situation
is Igor Mozajko who's 6-month medical document expired
before being processed. How can the S.56 work there.

MW: Judge said none of you points were valid.

John: OK, so you have another judge who disobeyed the
Interpretation Act. As expected. So just go sit through your
PI and when you get sent to trial, file the constitutional.
It's going to all be argued again upon appeal.

JCT: Another judge joining my Wall of Shame for having it
pointed out only Parliament bring laws to life but still
accepts that the Hitzig Court brought the law to life. Har
har har. A lowly judge says I'm wrong! Anyway, his rep and
   cred are now gone.

MW: Now I have a preliminary inquiry for July 23
Crown has a witness (my neighbor across the street that gave
   a statement I think)
My legal aid lawyer I fired showed up to court and wanted to
   represent me. it was weird
Well my registration has been approved and in the mail for
three days I should have that soon. Hahahaha

John: Yes, it should help the Crown want to drop the
charges. What was your judge's name?

MW: Judge Gardner was the one that allowed the quash motion
and set the date, they announced judge Gardner was gone for
30 days and judge Shaigec was the judge that was there today
   in Stony Plain Alberta

MW: It's audio and I'd consider it slander more than
anything he even laughs at me in the recording

JCT: Lucky you. You can bet your neighbor won't be too happy
being dragged into court to testify as the rat fink.
Remember to get a CD and do invite your neighbours and his
friends to come watch him rat you out.
