   TURMEL: How Luc Lapierre proves original black-ink pot medical document   
      
   JCT: Out of our 80 Plaintiffs, 6 were delayed originally   
   delayed by having their originals rejected as non-original.   
   Since Art Jackes was told to use blue ink to prove   
   originality, though the ACMPR only ever says to use black   
   ink, I have been recommending it too.   
      
   Luc Lapierre is nearing 50 Plaintiffs he's helped fill their   
   kit. But when they show up with a doctor letter signed in   
   black, he has to send them back to get it in blue.   
      
   Kidding. He found another way.   
      
   You've read how Art has nailed them by suggesting they   
   scratch the back of his documentation with a pencil to show   
   the indentations? Why wait until it's been rejected?   
      
   Luc will scratch the back with the pencil to show   
   indendations before they can object! Wow.   
      
   Even better. He'll take a picture of both sides! One with   
   the signature and the back with the mirror-imaged   
   indentations on the back!   
      
   Now, let some wayward clerk rejected who misses the   
   scratcing and won't that he a fun day in court.   
      
   So sure, sign everything in blue, redo your application in   
   blue, but if you're stuck with your original medical   
   document in black, establish it's originality with your   
   pencil before sending it in.   
      
   Brilliant fix and trap, Luc. My compliments. Wish I'd seen   
   the great out but glad you were there to catch what I   
   missed.   
      
   Please pass this along to your group if you want to help   
   your friends avoid getting screwed by a totally malevolent   
   bureaucracy. The things they've done have cost patients   
   their lives. Sadly, can't jail murderers doing it under   
   color of law. Can't jail the politicians who let them   
   either. All we can do is our best they don't to it to us.
