|    TURMEL: MedPot Donald Cote "Hail Mary Pa    |

From: johnturmel@yahoo.com              TURMEL: MedPot Donald Cote "Hail Mary Pass" Judged Incomplete              JCT: You'll remember that after being jerked around for 8       months by rejecting original signatures as not, double       cancer-sufferer Donald Cote moved for an interim exemption       to start his garden now.              Suddenly, on their fourth review, they notice that he used a       chiropractor and they're not qualified to prescribe!!! So       rather than admit he'd made a strategic mistake and just go       start over, I threw a "Hail Mary Pass" asking the judge to       grant it anyway just because he has an qualifying disease       and has suffered enough.              "Dismissed without costs." It has almost no chance to get       through. Had he granted it, they could have had him on       appeal in front of 3 other judges in no time.              But I did get the chance to stress how they were responsible       for most of the delay because they failed to inform him of       the fatal flaw on the first review. Then he could have       corrected and been registered a month later. So even though       the judge couldn't help given the fatal defect discovered,       at least he found out that Donald was deprived the last 6       months before of their failure to inform him.              And it let me stress their use of the "non-original" ruse!       Twice. Now when we bring the other "non-original" rejectees       to his attention, he'll have background reason to be even       more angry.              Looks like he's found a doctor who will sign his medical       document. Wonder if he should let the doctor sign it in       black ink just to see if the Gremlin rejects it a third       time. Forget it. Blue ink, get the man his permit.              And then we'll see how long they take to process it this       time. Hope they flagged his file. Because, after 4 weeks,       he'll be back before Judge Brown and then won't they look       bad. Is he supposed to wait another 6 or 8 months? Bet not.              --- SoupGate-Win32 v1.05        * Origin: you cannot sedate... all the things you hate (1:229/2)    |
