|    TURMEL: Mark Delorme Winning Grow Permit    |

From: johnturmel@yahoo.com              TURMEL: Mark Delorme Winning Grow Permit Thru Intimidation?              https://groups.google.com/forum/#!forum/alt.fan.john-turmel              JCT: "Winning Through Intimidation" was one of the rare       books that really influenced myh life. His point is that       there are pricks out there who'll screw you even if it means       lying to your face. And how to prepare for them.              Maximum preparation is the key. And that they know you are       prepared and ready to stick it to them to the max if they       resist. Always trying to upgrade the attack and no hiding       it.              So when I got a message from Mark Delorme, I explained that       he could intimidate Health Canada without having to file a       Claim or Motion though he'd miss the ride and Gold Stars as       souvenirs. But he did the threat and I have to bet it's       going to win:              Mark Delorme       Mar. 1 at 1:28 p.m.              I happened to stumble upon your ACMPR grow permit processing       kit. I was wondering after the $2 statement of claim, what       would I be required on my part as far as arguing my point to       the courts#defense#judge.              John: Jeff Harris has been named Lead Plaintiff. So after       filing the claim for damages from "too long time" processing       and restitution of "Back Dated Time", there is nothing to do       unless you are waiting for your permit in which case you       file a motion for interim relief from a judge.              Mark: The 28 week processing for new permits is beyond       unacceptable and I wanted to speed up my process. I was more       than likely going to wait until the 4 week MMAR set       timeframe till I submitted a statement of claim as to allow       them some time to process (even though my mail probably       won't even have left the mailroom by then).       Can you please help! Mark              John: Donald Cote just filed after waiting 34 weeks. Now       that he filed, I bet he gets it by the 35th.              Mark: Awesome! Power to the people! HC thinks they can bully       us but you've helped provide tools for otherwise!       Should I wait until the approximate MMAR application       processing time of 4 weeks before submitting? I read that       they had identified in Heidi's case that she did not wait       long enough. Otherwise I will submit both right away!       Please advise,              John: Heidi was a renewal and she then waited 2 weeks. 4       weeks for new apps. Yes, give them the 4 weeks like the old       MMAR then join the chorus.       Remember, we're also going for the full term of prescription       like the old days too.       But do spread the word and watch my facebook page or blog:       https://groups.google.com/forum/#!forum/alt.fan.john-turmel       The Gold Star will end up being quite the trophy and there       are so many others like you who do not know what's going on.       Maybe after this weekend we'll make the news.              Mark: John, I'm just keeping you in the loop with my       applications.              I sent a very polite e-mail to HC (the correct cannabis HC       email) asking on the current status of my application. In my       e-mail I explicitly identified:              My application was shown as being received by health Canada       via registered mail;       The previous approximate wait times, touted before the court       as you so eloquently put it, for MMAR applications and       renewals.       I identified that on the 4 week mark of my receipt of       application, I will file a Statement of Claim.       I also identified that 1 week after this claim is filed, I       will file a Motion to see a judge.              I'm trying to see if they've finally got their heads in the       game and if a "threat" of legal action may be enough for       them or if I will have to go through with the Federal Court.       just an fyi              John: That's winning through intimidation.       They should hop before you file the Statement of Claim but       if they do not, just say that "waiting another week to file       the Motion" was a "bluff" and file it same day as the Claim.       Just so it has to get on the judge's desk! Claims are just       added to his class list, but motions have to be dismissed       and he gets to see the abuse.              Since they have to hop to it to escape the judge anyway, I       prefer people not give them time or escape.              But your letter should be so scary that they really should       hop. But if they think you are bluffing, then raise all in       with the motion too.              If you're near a capital city, both same day is easy. If       not, file online, call next day to pay your $2 and get a T-       number then add to motion, email and serve. They've started       accepting email service recently. I'm about to improve the       insructions page for Motions servicve.              JCT: I have to admit that if I was Health Canada, I would       take this letter very seriously, it is great intimidation.       They know it's serious and no bluff. And they can avoid all       the headaches if they hop to MMAR performance standard.              Let's see if we witness Winning Through Intimidation.       Stay tuned.              --- SoupGate-Win32 v1.05        * Origin: you cannot sedate... all the things you hate (1:229/2)    |
