   TURMEL: Barry Spencer gets Hop-To-It Grow Permit in 2 days   
      
   JCT: Just heard that Barry Spencer got his ACMPR grow permit   
   issued 2 days after filing his Statement of Claim.   
      
   Seems they may have smartened up. They didn't wait long   
   enough to give him time to file a motion that would have   
   made them explain it to a judge.   
      
   I would presume that most of the people who did not file   
   motions got their permits soon after filing the Claim.
