|    TURMEL: Vince Reimer gets 8-day Hop-To-I    |

From: johnturmel@yahoo.com              TURMEL: Vince Reimer gets 8-day Hop-To-It MedPot Permit              Apr. 21 at 4:45 p.m.       Hi John,       I just wanted to let you know I have received my ACMPR in       the mail.       It was issued to me on the 11 of April. 8 days after I filed       the statement of claim.       I just wanted to thank you for all of your help and guidance       getting me my ACMPR. So again thank you. Sincerely       Vincent Reimer              JCT: Now sit back and see if you get any damages for the       delay.              I have to admit, I think they must be crazy to be sending it       by snailmail to a guy with a Statement of Claim cocked who       can trigger the Motion in an instant. Remember they sent       Terry Johnsgaard's permit by snail mail and he filed his       motion they had to respond to while it was in the mail. Duh.       When Tony Van Edig had sued them, they called to inform him       his permit was in the mail. Wonder why they don't inform       everyone with a cocked Statement of Claim it's been sent       before an itchy pen gets triggered?              Just keep in mind, people are still being told that it's a       6-month wait! We manage to get them procesed in under 8       weeks and rarely more than a couple of weeks after the       Statement of Claim http://johnturmel.com/delscins.pdf and       usually before it gets to the judge if you file the Motion       for Right Now remedy.              And we're still working on making the motions filable for       "not-in-Registry-cities" Plaintiffs. It's all free and       doable in a day if you can go down the the Registry       personally, it takes running around and getting an affidavit       of service if you don't. But always doable.              --- SoupGate-Win32 v1.05        * Origin: you cannot sedate... all the things you hate (1:229/2)    |
