|    TURMEL: David Oldham suit gets hop-to-it    |

From: johnturmel@gmail.com              JCT: In yesterday's article, I explained how David Oldham       filed his Statement of Claim and Motion after waiting 4       weeks.              And though Judge Brown refused to lift the stay to hear it,       it got someone's attention. It's in the mail:              Good morning John,              I submitted my initial e-mail today as we discussed and then       spoke with a Health Canada CSR over the phone immediately       after. She advised me that my permit was mailed out (Canada       Post Tracking Number: MW486853551CA) and to continue my       search with Canada Post...       David-George Oldham              JCT: So they got your documentation Thursday, heard it was       dismissed though they must have started work on it to get it       out first thing this week.              Too bad they didn't let you know it was on the way, that       would have mooted your request to the judge on "how long" to       wait.              Now Wendy's going to write a letter explaining that the need       is now mooted by the hop-to-it delivery of the permit.              Can't wait to see exactly what date it was issued. This       could be a record time.              --- SoupGate-Win32 v1.05        * Origin: you cannot sedate... all the things you hate (1:229/2)    |
