|    TURMEL: Jeff Harris appeals non-trivial     |

From: johnturmel@gmail.com              JCT: Everyone thought that Health Canada had stopped short-       changing people on their permits when they announced on       March 2 2018 that they would stop back-dating permits to the       date the doctor signed to give people their full period of       use.              But they found another way to short-change patients' time by       back-dating in another way and it's in Jeff's appeal of the       decision not to remedy the rip-off because it's too small.       That would have been a tough sell except that they're still       ripping people off! Har har har har har har har har har. And       I caught them.              File No: A-258-18       FCC: T-1379-17               FEDERAL COURT OF APPEAL       BETWEEN:        Allan J. Harris        Appellant        And        Attorney General of Canada        Respondent               NOTICE OF APPEAL        Pursuant to Rule 337              TO THE RESPONDENT:              A LEGAL PROCEEDING HAS BEEN COMMENCED AGAINST YOU by the       appellant. The relief claimed by the appellant appears on       the following page.              THIS APPEAL will be heard by the Court at a time and place       to be fixed by the Judicial Administrator. Unless the Court       directs otherwise, the place of hearing will be as requested       by the appellant. The appellant requests that this appeal be       heard at Toronto.              IF YOU WISH TO OPPOSE THIS APPEAL, to receive notice of any       step in the appeal or to be served with any documents in the       appeal, you or a solicitor acting for you must prepare a       notice of appearance in Form 341 prescribed by the Federal       Courts Rules and serve it on the appellant |
