   JCT: A buddy who had a prescription for 200 grams per day   
   who made juice and also oil for mostly exterior use had his   
   doctor harassed by Health Canada and the Ontario College of   
   Physicians and Surgeons into telling him to find another   
   doctor.   
      
   I know of another whose doctor had also precribed 200 grams   
   a day but whose doctor told his college to shove their non-   
   medical opinion where the sun don't shine unless they wanted   
   to explain why he should stop.   
      
   I know of two others who have had their prescriptions   
   reduced after their doctors were harassed. One with a 300   
   gram prescription was offered 10 grams a day, he found   
   another doctor for 100!   
      
   So proving harassment isn't as easy as proving the other   
   challenges raised like the number of licenses per grower and   
   the carry limit being irrational. To prove the harassment,   
   it will help to have others provide affidavits attesting to   
   how their doctors treated them after harassing calls.   
      
   So if you're one of those, and you can bet if 4 in only my   
   circle of friends have been harassed that many more have,   
   please send me your story.   
      
   The fellow whose doctor told him to go elsewhere will have   
   to pay a commercial doctor who's not afraid of Health Canada   
   and so will claim cash for the cost when it used to be free   
   under OHIP.   
      
   The crippled guy with 300 who got cut off completely and now   
   has only 100 may perhaps claim for the value of the 200 a   
   day he was denied.   
      
   Regardless, Health Canada must be punished for improperly   
   influencing dosages when they have no valid medical opinion.   
   But just complaining may force them to stop future   
   harassment.
