   TURMEL: Bela Beke gets permit to mooten his motion.   
      
   JCT: Bela Beke sent in his application for medpot   
   registration a couple of months ago. He waited 60 days and   
   then filed his motion for interim remedy. Judge Brown had   
   said he wouldn't grant any interim remedy for less delay.   
      
   Then 8 days later, on Thursday, Health Canada issuesd his   
   permit and Priority Posted it to him by Friday.   
      
   Wonder who long it's taking others.   
      
   And they still have to deal with the motion and explain the delay.
