   TURMEL: Crown seeks expedited appeal for delays and restitution   
      
   On Feb 26, the Crown sent Jeff a request for an expedited   
   appeal hearing. Jon Bricker noted that we have until March 6   
   to file our last Memorandum on their cross-appeal and then   
   20 days to ask for a hearing.   
      
   If he consents, they will file the Requisition for hearing   
   once he provides them with dates that he can't make it.   
      
   Seems fine to me. The faster the better. Lets us get back to   
   our damages cases below, maybe with our claim for   
   restitution of the ripped-off time back in.
