|    TURMEL: Vince Reimer re-files motion for    |

From: johnturmel@gmail.com              TURMEL: Vince Reimer re-files motion for interim exemption              JCT: On May 27 2019, Vince Reimer in Manitoba filed his application       for a medpot authorization. He did following the instructions for       efiling on his instruction page and didn't have to go to Winnipeg to       get it filed. Judge Brown accepted the online filing.              After 5 weeks, he filed a Statement of Claim and a motion for m       interim remedy.              Judge Brown dismissed it as premature. In previous motions, he said he       wanted to give Health Canada 2 months before complaining.              So he waited another 7 weeks with no response and yesterday re-filed       his motion for interim remedy. Yesterday, Judge Brown lifted the stay       on any motions to let it in.              Next step, he'll order the Crown to respond and give Vince 10 days to       reply before booking a hearing. But Health Canada usually comes up       with the permit in time to mooten the hearing.              And it's for an outdoor permit. Looks like they stalled it past the       season again and his damages claim will be for a whole year missed.              Got that everyone. Judge Brown will lift the stay on your motion after       2 months to let it in.              --- SoupGate-Win32 v1.05        * Origin: you cannot sedate... all the things you hate (1:229/2)    |
