|    TURMEL: Judge on grow permit caps and cr    |

From: johnturmel@gmail.com              TURMEL: Judge on grow permit caps and criminal record check challenges              JCT: Last week, Ray Turmel filed the first Statement of Claim to       strike the caps on patients/grower and permits/site. Bela Beke filed       the first Statement of Claim to strike the 10-year criminal record       check!              They are quite unique from the usual medpot cases before the court and       Judge Brown has asked the Crown how they want to hand the newbies:              August 13th, 2019       BY EMAIL ONLY              Plaintiffs Mr. Raymond J. Turmel Mr. Bela Beke       Counsel for the Defendant Ms. Wendy Wright Mr. Jon Bricker              RE: Raymond J. Turmel v. Her Majesty the Queen       Court File No: T-1261-19       Bela Beke v. Her Majesty the Queen Court File No: T-1262-19              Pursuant to the filing of the Plaintiffs' Statement of Claim, the       Court issued the following Direction on August 13th, 2019:              "Justice Brown wishes to know how the Defendant intends to address       these two proceedings and if there are other files like them."       JCT: So Judge Brown sees there could be more plaintiffs filing to be       able to grow for more patients and fill their barns with plants or to       be able to grow for others despite a criminal record.                     JCT: That's good news. Ray's PDF kit started with dp for Designated       Person to produce. dpsc Statement of Claim.       Bela's PDF kit started with cr for Criminal Record. crsc Statement of       Claim.              Delay damages cases all start with del..       Amendment delay damages start with dela       Non-original signature delay with deli..              Those challenging the 150 cap with 150..              So Judge Brown noticed these are brand new kits and is asking the       Crown if they want to keep them separate. Especially if others start       filing the same claims. Like he's seen before.              Still can't believe more people aren't joining Schedule A to get the       same 10-day supply cap pending claims for 30 days when the Crown loses       it's appeal. And you get a nice Gold Star document for your $2 filing       fee, a great trophy.              http://johnturmel.com/kits has the links to the kits for all claims.              --- SoupGate-Win32 v1.05        * Origin: you cannot sedate... all the things you hate (1:229/2)    |
