|    TURMEL: Brian Dunseith & Linda M'Larkey     |

From: johnturmel@gmail.com              JCT: The Quash Motions that say the law was killed and never       brought back to life by Parliament no longer work for       charges after the new Cannabis Act that was brought to life       by Parliament.              But Brian Dunseith & Linda M'Larkey were charged with       growing marijuana in Walkerton Ontario before Oct 18 2018 so       the Quash motion still works. The law was still dead until       Oct 18 2018.              Gary Pallister urged them to drop their lawyers and self-       defend. They did and filed their Quash Motions for hearing       at their upcoming Sep 18 hearing.              If the judge dismisses the motion that the law is still dead       since 2001, then there is the same Constitutional Motion       that the law should be made dead still works too. It's filed       30 days before their trial.              So the Crown's nightmare begins on one of our last Quash       Motions for the Defence.              --- SoupGate-Win32 v1.05        * Origin: you cannot sedate... all the things you hate (1:229/2)    |
