   Good afternoon Mr. Bricker, Mr. Mozajko,   
      
   Further to the Requisition for Hearing filed in March in   
   this proceeding, this is to advise that the Federal Court of   
   Appeal can hear this appeal and cross-appeal in Toronto on   
   Wednesday, November 13.   
   Please let me know whether you can be available on that   
   date.   
      
   JCT: What's really neat about this is it is a second shot to   
   make Jeff Harris' arguments. But knowing what they want from   
   their decision in his case, Igor can go in prepared to   
   explain their errors in the Harris decision. What fun. And   
   two appeals into the Supreme Court because the clowns   
   insisted on keeping the identical cases apart.   
      
   Not quite identical. Jeff Harris appealed the dismissal of   
   restitution of the ripped-off time and the Crown cross-   
   appealed the dismissal of their motion to strike the claim.   
      
   Then Brown ruled the same for Igor.   
      
   So Crown appealed the dismissal of their motion to strike   
   and Igor cross-appealed the dismissal of restitution! Har   
   har har.   
      
   So November 13 2019, a great show going on in Toronto   
   Federal Court of Canada.
