   actions for slow processing of their permits.

   What's really interesting is that 6 of them have filed   
   motions for interim relief. Remember, there is a stay on   
   motions but Judge Brown lifts the stay to hear motions on   
   cases that have been stalled more than 2 months.   
      
   Health Canada has until Dec 20 to explain the delay for 2,   
   until Dec 23 for 2 more and for Jan 3 for 2 more. Guess Mr.   
   McGuire is pretty busy swearing affidavits explaining the   
   delay.   
      
   So everybody waits 2 months, files the Statement of Claim   
   and the Motion and expect Hop-to-it service before the Crown   
   has to respond.   
      
   Let's see how many Hop-to-its out of 6 motions.
