   Pursuant to the Plaintiff's letter dated Januaray 21 2020,   
   the Court (Mr. Justice Brown) issued the following direction   
   on Jan 23 2020.   
       "While the Defendant will be replying to all such   
       letters asthe attached,I would expect attention be given   
       to the points raised in the letter."   
      
   JCT: So now the Crown has to explain why it's best to   
   dismiss everyone's actions because of the Harris Appeal loss   
   which is still being fought by Mozajko. I really don't see   
   how Judge Brown can do anything but wait for the same result   
   Igor's trying to get that Jeff was trying to get. But he's   
   putting them on the spot to come up with reasons when they   
   have none. Har har har har har har.
