|    TURMEL: Wayne Robinson 150-gram cap medp    |
|    05 Mar 20 17:17:35    |
From: johnturmel@gmail.com              JCT: Last year, Wayne Robinson filed a 150-gram cap       challenge with Lead Plaintiff Jeff Harris. Judge Brown       dismissed the Crown's motion to strike and granted Jeff's       motion for a 10-day carry like the Garbers in B.C.              The Crown appealed, the decision was stayed, and the appeal       is awaiting a reserved decision. What applies to Jeff       applies to Wayne.              Then, he got an Order dismissing his action. So he wrote to       the Court:              Wayne Robinson              Mar 5 2020              Dear Registrar               Re: Robinson, Wayne v. HMTQ No: T-964-19              Could you please place this response to the Order of       Prothonotary Altho dated Mar 2 2020 before Prothonotary       Altho and the Case Management Judge Brown.              I just received a judgment dated Mar 2 2020 from       Prothonotary Altho dismissing my action.              I was unaware of the Jan 29 2020 Notice of Status Review by       Gosselin, D. requiring the Plaintiff to show cause by       written submissions why this action should not be dismissed       for delay. Filed on 29-JAN-2020 cc's sent to Plaintiff              My action was from the same template as that of Allan J.       Harris T-1765-18, Lead Plaintiff for other such claims       challenging the 150-gram cap on possessing and shipping       medicinal marijuana.              I should have been put on Schedule "A" with the other       similar actions being dealt with by Mr. Justice Brown.       _____________________________       Wayne Robinson       COPY TO: Wendy Wright 416-952-4518              JCT: So the Registry failed to note that Wayne's claim was       the same as all the others in Schedule "A". And he says they       never sent him any Notice. I hope they can fix it. Stay       tuned.              --- SoupGate-Win32 v1.05        * Origin: you cannot sedate... all the things you hate (1:229/2)    |
