   Could you please place this letter before the Case   
   Management Judge Brown.   
      
   This is to inform the Court that the Crown has failed to   
   file a Memorandum by due date Mar 30 2020 in the Mozajko   
   appeal which has provided an upgraded opposition to the   
   Harris Appeal Court ruling overturning of your decision   
   including the new failure to file a Notice of Constitutional   
   Question raised by Justice Gauthier in the Crown's appeal of   
   your 150-gram decision in Harris.   
      
   This Court should await the final decision on the Mozajko   
   appeal for which they could not file a Memorandum.

   JCT: So Igor files a new Requisition for a Hearing Date   
   within 20 days and the Crown has to get an extension of time   
   with an affidavit with the good reasons they were late! Har   
   har har har har har. Can you imagine how rare it is to have   
   an appeal where the Crown can't file an argument? What   
   adventures in Justiceland.
