   JCT: So now to clean up this Reply to the Crown's Response   
   to the Request to allow a Sur-Reply on the original motion   
   by Mar 15. I just can't imagine Judge Brown would dismiss   
   her case before we know if he was right or wrong. Imagine if   
   he did and then Mozajko won to keep Vetricek's weaker case   
   alive while her stronger case is prematurely dead.
