From: johnturmel@gmail.com              TURMEL: Mar 11 12pm zoom hearing for first Ten Covid Plaintiffs              JCT: High Noon on Thursday March 11 will be held the       zoom audio hearing for the Original Ten about whether       they accept me as Lead Plaintiff and to discuss whether       we should follow the rules for the timeline of the       Crown's motion. Or not?              Seems like a waste of time since I don't have any       suggestions and neither does anyone else.              I've heard one person won't be able to attend having to       work that day. Not sure if they told the court but       since she's going to have to ask the other 40 if they       want me as Lead Plaintiff, why can't he attend their       hearing if he misses his own? And should he miss that       one, why not the hearing of the next batch of       plaintiffs because we know this is a constantly growing       action.              Since no one has anything to say about the timetables       for Crown motions, she'll probably spend her time       asking each plaintiff about accepting the Lead.              DVD recordings are available from the Registry for       about $15.              --- SoupGate-Win32 v1.05        * Origin: you cannot sedate... all the things you hate (1:229/2)    |
