   IIRC the same thing happened once on Petticoat Junction. On that episode   
   Billie Jo and Bobbie Jo performed a citizen's arrest on a peeping tom   
   (played by Paul Lynde). When the pervert refused to give his name to Uncle   
   Joe, Aunt Kate decreed that he be locked in the root cellar until he   
   confesed.
