   >If you know... If not, that's okay too.

This could take a while. Light up as smoke, grab a bowl of cheezies, let
Fido out for a pee and tuck the kids in with a story from Aesop's Fables.

   ok - ready?

Ask yourself why Patrick Michael Sullivan [felon] wants to launch
the [hollow threat] proposed kooksuit in a foreign country?
   [since he's Canadian]

Answer. In our Canadian courts he'd lose.
One look at his record and outstanding unpaid judgement would
tip *any* court justice off to his motivation behind the suit.

   so:
The first line of defense is that Paddles is smoke and mirrors.
[talk] based on months and months of drumming an empty barrel.
Translated, it isn't going to happen [period]

The *second* first line of defence is existing fact.
From what I've witnessed in *all* these discussions,
the [empty barrel hollow threat] kooksuit is based
primarily on already "existing" public knowledge.
(You haven't presented anything we haven't already seen.)

His name is everywhere. What he has done is everywhere.
His criminal record is everywhere. Knowledge that he is
a participant or instigator in ongoing r/l and internet
   harrassment and libel is everywhere.

What he is doing is clearly contrary to conditions
   ordered in his original judgement.
[he is prohibited from engaging in online libel or harrassment]

Then, Patrick Sullivan is a convicted felon in Canada.

As such, the justice isn't going to spend more than two
minutes deciding that what he claims is either a complete
waste of court time [frivolous] or a lie [vexatious].

You have no prior judgements or criminal record based of
libel and harrassment - he has both.

Assuming he did have all his ducks in a row, which he doesn't,
he's thinking he'd have a better chance in a district court
   in the US. (Kentucky)

He has to travel all the way down there, or hire a lawyer
all the way down there to "get her done" as per the dictates
and requirements of the courts in any given county or
   jurisdiction.

Of course, he'd best have his act togehter before trying to enter the
US since if he plans to go there in person, the folks at the border
want ID, meaning as soon as he presents it they run the name and
see he's a convicted felon and naturally won't be allowed entry.

So, he needs a lawyer but has no money to retain one.
A major bottleneck. Since the kooksuit won't float it
would a complete waste of money to proceed.

Courts aren't stupid, Patrick Michael Sullivan is.

Do not give this kook another minute of your time other
than continuing to hammer his posts with the facts
since the rest of us watching get great pleasure from
watchng him continually make a moar complete and utter
   ass of himself daily.

Now. Take ten deep breaths and fart on an 8x10 inch glossy of
his image. If you don't have his real image, this one fits like
   a glove.

looking forward to some great email exchanges my friend.
