   There are four separate land titles held by different parties.  Let us   
   call them A, B, C and D.   
   A is uphill from B.   
   B is uphill from C   
   and C is uphill from D.   
   The land owned by A slips and does damage to the property owned by B.   
   The land owned by B slips and does damage to the property owned by C.   
   The land owned by C slips and does damage to the property owned by D.   
   The owner of A put in place, on A, B and C, the soil that slipped.  Who   
   is liable?
