   Yes, I can read.  I'm also keenly aware what is   
   enforcable and what is not.  The law books are filled   
   with all sorts of crap that create an illusion of   
   fairness, but which in practise cannot and will   
   not be enforced.   
      
   As it is, the Human Rights Commission is   
   completely overwhelmed with claims which   
   haven't an iotas chance of ever being heard.   
   They may pick one or two cases to make   
   an example of a particular business, but   
   on the whole, this Commission is powerless   
   act and only exists as a "feel-good" measure,   
   an illusion...a useless expense for the   
   tax-payers.
